And The Winners Are…
Thank you so much for registering for our kickboxing and mobility class in celebration of Black History Month! The event would not have been made possible without our amazing partner Friends of Waterfront Seattle. As some of you may know, our partnership with them started last year when Indigo Movement hosted a series of kickboxing and mobility classes on Pier 62 throughout the summer. I was ecstatic to see many recognizable names on Monday night!

Time Is Ticking…
Are you ready to break a good sweat today? If you haven’t registered yet for our virtual kickboxing and mobility class, there’s still some time left! The class will start at 6pm PST tonight and will stream on Zoom as well as our Instagram and Facebook Live account.

Have You Signed Up Yet?
It’s officially Black History Month and there’s no better way to celebrate than by joining us for a free virtual fitness class in partnership with Friends of Waterfront Seattle! The class is next Monday, February 13th from 6pm to 7pm PST, and there’s still plenty of time to register (HERE). It’s great for all fitness levels, family friendly, and no equipment is required. All you gotta do is show up and show out!

More Ways To Practice Self-Reflection
While I am an advocate for therapy and believe it is a great resource that should be accessible to everyone for free, I believe that self-reflection is something everyone can, and should, practice regularly. Regardless of whether they’re seeing a professional or not.
