Massage

At Indigo Movement we firmly believe in the importance of self-care. Taking care of yourself first so that you can be healthy, you can be well, you can show up for others, and you can be the best version of yourself all day, every day.

Just as no two bodies are alike, neither is our approach to massage. Before the start of your appointment we’ll consult with you on any concerns or aches you’ve been experiencing, and what your body needs to determine the treatment best suited for you. To help prolong the benefits of your massage, even while off the massage table, we’ll provide you with a detailed analysis which includes suggested stretches, exercises, and hydrotherapy plans at the end of your appointment.

All individual massage appointments are conducted by lead massage therapist Tiana Duncan.

When booking a service, you will receive an appointment reminder via email and text. Please do-not-reply directly to them. If you need to get in touch with us, please call or text (206) 295-1136 or send us an email at info@indigomovement.com separately.

If this is your first time scheduling an appointment with us, please arrive at least 15 minutes early as you will be required to complete a release form.
