As the year is slowly coming to an end, we’re reminded that giving is one of the most beautiful ways we stay connected—to our community, to one another, and to ourselves. Here at Indigo Movement, we believe wellness isn’t just something we offer… it’s something we practice together.
That’s why we’re excited to announce our annual 12 Days of Wellness, starting Saturday, December 13th through Wednesday, December 24th. Each day, we’ll be partnering with a local Seattle businesses to give away thoughtful prizes designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
But this tradition is about more than just gifts. It’s a reminder that while we show up for others, we must also lovingly return to ourselves. This season, we’re inviting you to release the guilt around self-care and embrace replenishment as an essential part of your wellbeing.
