Fall Movements

Spending long hours at your desk or looking down at your phone? Chin tucks are a simple yet powerful exercise to improve posture, strengthen neck muscles, and release tension that builds up from daily habits. By gently drawing your chin back and aligning your spine, you help counteract ‘tech neck’ and give your body the reset it needs. You can do them anywhere—at your desk, in the car, or even while watching TV! A few mindful reps each day can make a big difference for your posture, comfort, and overall well-being. Try it out and notice how much lighter your neck and shoulders feel! Follow us on YouTube!
