Spring Is Officially Here!
Today marks the first day of Spring! And we know longer days and warmer weather are great motivators to be more active. I’m looking forward to the Skagit Valley Tulp Festival, which starts next month, evening strolls with my parents around Seward Park and doing some spring cleaning at home and in the office.

You Lost An Hour of Sleep, Now What?
Yesterday was daylight savings time, now what? Moving the clock forward one hour doesn’t just affect your current routine, but it can throw off your body’s internal clock too. You can feel tired, groggy, and even irritable. Adjusting to the time change is different for everyone. For some people, it can take a few days, and for others, it may take a bit more time. Have You Seen This?

However, one of the most rewarding moments is being acknowledged by the media which gives me MORE visibility to showcase my work. Speaking of, have you seen Indigo Movement featured in Canvas Rebel and Converge?

And The Winners Are…
Thank you so much for registering for our kickboxing and mobility class in celebration of Black History Month! The event would not have been made possible without our amazing partner Friends of Waterfront Seattle. As some of you may know, our partnership with them started last year when Indigo Movement hosted a series of kickboxing and mobility classes on Pier 62 throughout the summer. I was ecstatic to see many recognizable names on Monday night!
