More Ways To Celebrate Spring!
Last week I shared some suggestions of things to do in the wake of Spring! Here are some additional tips to keep you feeling connected and energetic, after all, Spring is the season of brightness and lightness in the body!

Spring Is Officially Here!
Today marks the first day of Spring! And we know longer days and warmer weather are great motivators to be more active. I’m looking forward to the Skagit Valley Tulp Festival, which starts next month, evening strolls with my parents around Seward Park and doing some spring cleaning at home and in the office.

You Lost An Hour of Sleep, Now What?
Yesterday was daylight savings time, now what? Moving the clock forward one hour doesn’t just affect your current routine, but it can throw off your body’s internal clock too. You can feel tired, groggy, and even irritable. Adjusting to the time change is different for everyone. For some people, it can take a few days, and for others, it may take a bit more time. There are plenty of reasons I love running my own business however, it isn’t all glamorous! There are, and will always be, sacrifices and challenges I will have to face. That’s just life!
