Through immersive experiences like sound baths, breathwork, movement, and soulful gatherings by the water, these events are designed to awaken the senses, open the heart, and realign the body. Whether you're seeking clarity, connection, or a renewed sense of vitality, let sound be your sanctuary.

Yoga & Sound Healing | August 9

LOVE is the TRUTH is a free, heart-centered gathering designed to help participants reconnect with the infinite source of love within. Through movement, breathwork, and sound healing, the evening offers a journey toward deeper self-connection and community.

The event begins at 6:30 PM with a yoga class led by Debbie Dixon, focused on awakening and expanding the heart. At 7:30 PM, guests will transition into a sound healing and breathwork session to harmonize the body and access inner stillness. This experience is free and open to all. Learn more HERE!

Soul on the Water | August 16

Experience a vibrant evening of community, culture, and joy—completely free and open to all. This family-friendly celebration includes music, interactive games, face painting, delicious bites from local vendors, and one-of-a-kind finds from Black-owned businesses. This event is part of Africatown Community Land Trust’s Summer of Soul series—honoring Black heritage, celebrating culture, and uplifting the power of unity. Learn more HERE!

Seattle Sound Temple: Community Sound Ceremony | August 19

Experience sound healing in its purest form within an intimate, sacred space. Guided by Irene, this small-group ceremony (limited to 12 participants) offers a high-vibrational journey through crystal bowls, gongs, light language, and other sacred sound tools.
