Meditation Nights at Seattle Unity | Wednesday, August 27
Step away from the city’s noise and enter the Spiritual Oasis at Seattle Unity from 6pm to 7pm. Experience the power of meditation in community, where shared stillness deepens the practice. A facilitator will gently guide you through light movement and breathwork to prepare the mind for silence. After 20 minutes of quiet meditation, the session will close with chanting. Sound Bath at Little Red Day Spa | Sunday, August 31
Join Little Red Day Spa for a restorative sound bath. Mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring anything else that makes you comfortable!
